Staying at Modra'S was an absolute delight from start to finish. The hospitality was exceptional, with spacious and immaculately clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a combined bathroom/laundry that felt like a luxury. The peaceful ambiance and convenient rainwater availability added a special touch to the experience. The location, although a bit tricky to find at first, was superbly situated near the waterfront and town, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. The property's proximity to the marina and boat ramp will surely delight boat enthusiasts, making it a top choice for those seeking a relaxing and enjoyable stay while being surrounded by nature's beauty.
